We took some of our Popping Sorghum over to a local Kettle Corn vendor to see how Popping Sorghum Grain performs in a professional kettle. We ended up with delicious Sorghum Kettle Corn. Actually it should be called Kettle Sorghum since there is no popcorn in it!
